We believe that the Junior Jazz Lead Together video is a powerful tool to help share this message. We’d like to make this video available to you for use in your programs. To get a downloadable mp4 version of the video or an embed code to use the video on your program’s website—please fill out the form and we will provide you with these resources.

The Lead Together video has also been created in a way that allows you to produce your own video with local leaders, first responders, educators, coaches, players, or parents voicing the script. If you would like to create your own version, we will provide you with the script, slates, music, logos, and other needed resources. You will be responsible to film and produce the video yourself. All videos must be approved by the Utah Jazz before they can be used. Submit this form and we will contact you with more information.
