We want to make sure you and your child have the best possible experience when participating in virtual trainings or clinics. The information below provides an overview of what you'll need for your training or clinic and outlines best practices to avoid experiencing technical difficulties.
All virtual trainings and clinics will take place using Zoom. Make sure you have downloaded the Zoom meeting app prior to the start of your training or clinic and test your audio and video before your session begins.

- Please ensure your device is fully charged prior to the start of the session and have a charger nearby.
- If available, the use of wireless earbuds or a portable speaker is recommended.
- We suggest testing the Zoom meeting in the area your child will plan to participate. If your child will participate in the camp outside, please check if your internet connection will have a strong enough signal in that spot.
- Prior to the start of each session, please change the display name to your child’s name. First name and last initial only. This can be done by selecting settings, then clicking on your account information.
